Program Overview

Join your colleagues and friends for a day of golf followed by lunch, prizes, and more! The outing will be held at Pebble Creek, an 18-hole golf course in Cincinnati that features bent grass tees, fairways and greens, as well as several water hazards and wall to wall cart paths. The course is known for its superior greens.

Pebble Creek plays from 4612 yards (forward tees) to 6144 (back tees) and is playable and enjoyable for golfers of every skill level.

The AIA Cincinnati Golf Scramble helps support chapter programs that benefit the local architectural community including continuing education, professional development, and local advocacy efforts.

Bundle packages are available in advance ($25 each) and include one (1) Move-up, two (2) Mulligans, and three (3) door-prize tickets. (one per golfer allowed)

Individual golfers (you will be assigned a foursome)

$125 AIA members (must provide member number at registration)

$440 AIA foursome (at least one AIA members, must provide member number at registration)

Event Notices

ALL golf cart operators MUST have a valid Driver’s License. No more than two participants are allowed in a golf cart at any one time. Golf carts must remain on paths at all times.

Proper golf attire is required. No cutoff shorts, tee shirts, gym wear or other unsuitable clothing, as determined by Club Management, will be permitted on the course. ALL participants are required to wear soft spike or non-metal cleat golf shoes on the golf course. Each player MUST have his/her own golf clubs and golf bag. The Club is not responsible for items left on property during or following the Event.

Rainout policy: The outing schedule does not allow for Rain Dates. In the event inclement weather occurs, the Golf Staff will determine the playability of the course. Due to the construction of greens and cart paths, if the weather breaks, the course will be playable. However, in the event the weather does not permit play on the scheduled date, the clubhouse will serve any meal(s) scheduled. In all cases, every effort will be undertaken to complete as much of the golf event as possible.

Registrations and sponsorships are not tax-deductible but may be eligible to deduct as a business expense.

During the AIA Cincinnati Golf Scramble, photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By participating in the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by AIA Cincinnati and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar AIA Cincinnati events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of AIA Cincinnati.
