Program Overview

The Gotham Place residence was designed as a home and spiritual retreat. Sited on the banks of the Ohio River, with views up and down the river valley, the house is a sacred space to accommodate the owner’s occupational, social, and recreational needs. Primary design considerations included the home’s location in the floodplain, the desire to achieve LEED Platinum certification, and specific geometrical, numerological, and astrological requirements.

Weather permitting, attendees are invited to stay for happy hour on the roof deck.

Address will be shared after registration. Space is limited to 18 people.

RSVP by March 22, 2024.

Hosted by drawing dept.

Presented by AIA Cincinnati Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN).
