October 2020: Newly Licensed Architects

AIA Cincinnati congratulates three members who recently passed their exams to become licensed architects, moving from Associate AIA to full AIA! Kudos for your hard work and impressive accomplishments!

Jeremy L. Barker, AIA
Architect, MSA Design

Jeremy is a graduate of the last professional Bachelor of Architecture class from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. He has been at MSA Design for 15 years as a design development, sports architecture and planning specialist. Jeremy has a discerning eye for detail and a limitless desire to engage in comprehensive approaches to problem-solving. He credits a passionate team at work and exceptional professional mentors for his development in the discipline. Outside of architectural practice, Jeremy is a two-time national champion amateur motorcycle roadracer and avid motorsports enthusiast.

John Edwards, AIA
RWA Architects, Inc.

John grew up in Springfield, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013 and a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in 2016. John began working at RWA upon graduation in 2016. Outside the office, he enjoys running, drawing, and astronomy.

Linette Green, AIA, EI
Project Designer and Engineer, THP Ltd.

Linette completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Cincinnati in architectural engineering with minors in business administration and entrepreneurship. She obtained a graduate degree from Clemson University in architecture. While in South Carolina for grad school, Linette gained experience in architecture firms in both Greenville and Charleston, specializing in healthcare, corporate, and K-12 sectors. She began her career with THP in 2013 as a co-op and returned full time in 2019. Her primary focus is the structural design of new structures as well as the architectural design of parking garages.

Linnette grew up in Florence, Kentucky and currently resides in Newport, Kentucky. While at the University of Cincinnati, she participated in both the varsity and club swim teams as well as a variety of other social and professional organizations. In her spare time, Linette enjoys woodworking, staying active, and most outdoor activities.
