Situated across from The Christ Hospital, the building features include individual exam and surgery rooms areas with state-of-the-art equipment. Reception area with an expansive waiting room, individual offices for employees, restroom, and breakroom areas. The difference is in the detail and nothing was spared with this project.
Jake Sweeney Jeep: CCC completed an 8,777 SF dealership renovation project for Jake Sweeney Automotive last year. Building features include remodeled and upscale showroom with customer reception and waiting room area, sales offices, and service writer bay. This remodel project was complete while the service center remained fully functional throughout.
TRU by Hilton: CCC built this dynamic 47,070 SF hotel in Monroe, OH, to meet the TRU by Hilton brand standards. This hotel contains 94 individual guest room suites, a lounge area, game room, fitness center, and a heated indoor pool. CCC can work with clients on a brand standard or customized design.
Catch-A-Fire Pizza: After completing the construction on several retail strip buildings for CMC Properties in Lebanon, OH, Cincinnati Commercial Contracting worked with the owners of Catch-A-Fire Pizza to build out their restaurant space. This 6,784 SF tenant build-out project includes a dining room and party area, along with a kitchen that contains wood-fired pizza ovens, a premier exterior patio area with outdoor seating, and an overhead garage door.
