AIA Cincinnati is a Quantum Contract Manager (QCM) software distributor. The Quantum Contract Manager program collects information to ease filling out hard copies of original AIA Contract Documents. The QCM program automates the billing process, doing all the required calculations to complete and print payment applications. It also makes filling out contracts and printing to multiple copies a snap. The program is available in three editions -- Billing Edition, Contractor Edition and Complete Edition. Select the one that best fits your company's needs.
